2021 Legislative Session....It is here!!

Dear esteemed APRN colleagues:

The 2021 Nevada legislative session is here! We have many issues we will be following closely on the behalf of the cohort including Nevada State Board of Nursing membership structure, Medicaid reimbursement, and women's and mental health practice issues. To ensure robust representation, we are thrilled to announce that we have contracted with Silver State Government Relations as our new lobbying group. SSGR garners great respect in Nevada representing their clients to a myriad of stakeholders. They have a winning track record in the development of legislation, securing bill sponsors, and in exemplary professional advocacy. We are confident that Sarah, Will, and Ernie Adler will have our best interests protected and will advocate with us for access to care for Nevada's most vulnerable health care recipients.

We will be establishing a new information section on our website only accessible to NAPNA membership. In this section will be legislative updates and information relative to our practice. If your membership has lapsed, please renew immediately so you may have access to these updates.
